After it is discussed about the metric of a not charged and static black hole, as first proposed by Schwarzschild. Following this, it is presented the solution to a charged and static black hole, as calculated by Reissner-Nordström. Then the attention is turned to the thermodynamic description of a static and charged black hole, governed by the no linear electrodynamics of Euler-Heisenberg theory, using the analogy with statistical thermodynamics as suggested by Jacob Bekenstein and Stephen Hawking.
